You can request deletion here without installing the app. In the app, Account → Delete account and data provides a verified request using Shopify sign-in.
We verify account ownership before deleting anything. Allow up to 30 days for processing. Your account, saved account addresses, reviews/photos and nonessential app data are included. Order, return, fraud and legally required records may be retained. Deletion does not cancel an active order.
Keep the private status page shown after submission. It confirms processing and completion. We may contact the account email to verify ownership. Someone else's email cannot authorize deletion.
